ACF annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of the Foundation is held once in each calendar year.
The event usually takes place on a Saturday evening in November, and is hosted in ACF’s head office at 60 Leicester Street, Carlton, Victoria.
The agenda includes reports from the President, CEO and Treasurer; the appointment of the Auditors; and any items submitted by members in accordance with the Constitution.
Items submitted by members must be in writing by at least five members, addressed to the Honorary Secretary, and received no less than 28 days prior to the date of the AGM.
NOTICE OF 46th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
(In accordance with Rules 51 and 57 of ACF’s Constitution.)

When: 6.30 pm – Saturday, 24 November 2012. Registration opens at 6.00 pm.
Where: Ground Floor, 60 Leicester Street, Carlton, Victoria.

As part of the evening’s proceedings, come and hear President Ian Lowe give one of his inspiring presentations. This will be followed by a question and answer session.
The agenda will include reports from the President, CEO and Treasurer, and any items submitted by members. Agenda items are due by midday, Thursday, 1 November 2012. The agenda will be available on request from the Board and Council Assistant council@acfonline.org.au or 03 9345 1111, after midday on Friday 2 November 2012.
As well, this year members will be asked to consider a motion to amend ACF’s Constitution; detailed documentation relating to this motion is currently being sent to all ACF members who have voting rights.
