ACF is Australia’s leading not-for-profit environmental organisation. We work with community, business and government to protect, restore and sustain the environment.
For almost half a century, ACF has been a strong voice for the environment promoting solutions through research, consultation, education and partnerships. As a national, community-based environmental organisation, ACF has worked with the community, business and government to protect, restore and sustain the environment.
ACF Council is comprised of 35 councillors and is the organisation's core representative body.
ACF is governed by a board. It is a skills-based body, which consists of president, the vice-presidents, four councillors and up to four co-opted members. Co-opted board members are chosen on the basis of their skills and experience, thus ensuring an appropriate mix of skills and experience within the board.
Meet the members of our executive team who work together to help shape and deliver our environmental goals.
ACF's governing body, the Council, sets the policy framework for the organisation's work.
ACF reports annually on the organisation's conservation work, its social and environmental performance, as well as its financial performance.
Our annual general meeting is held in November.
